Things to Do With That Damnable Left-Over Pesto
Make vegan pesto-mayonnaise and glop it on all your sammiches until you have a heart attack (a la the
Tofu and Pesto-Mayo Sammiches
I posted about a short time back).
Throw it on some nice warm elbow macaroni noodles and then dice up some nice crisp and cool roma tomatoes and toss them on top. Consume.
Pesto Pasta Salad
and go on a road trip somewhere. If you eat it at home in front of the television or somewhere else lame like that, I WILL BE FORCED TO DESTROY YOU.
